ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app participates in the Priority Deadline through PharmCAS. Applicants who designate our program as their first choice should strongly consider submitting their application by October 1, 2025.
- All applications and supporting materials for the PharmD and PharmD Distance programs must be submitted through .
- Transcripts: Transcripts from all colleges attended must be submitted to PharmCAS. Students already enrolled at ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app must request their ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app transcript be submitted to PharmCAS to complete their application. International applicants must submit English-translated transcripts and degree certificate within the Documents section of PharmCAS. A course-by-course degree evaluation from WES, ECE, FIS, or SpanTran may be required prior to matriculation into the program.
- Recommendations: Enter a minimum of two evaluator names within your PharmCAS application; one recommendation must be from a professor unless the applicant has not taken any college coursework within the three-year period prior to their application. It is advised that the second letter be from a healthcare practitioner (preferably a pharmacist).
- Prerequisite Coursework: All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C-” or better at an accredited college or university before matriculation into the PharmD program. Our minimum prerequisite GPA is 2.70.
- Interviews: Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in an interview.
- The PCAT exam is not required.
Requirements/notifications for IPPE and APPE rotations:
- All students are responsible for their own transportation to and from IPPE and APPE sites.
- Students must meet all site-specific requirements to be eligible for IPPE and APPE placement at each location.
- Students from certain geographic regions may be required to complete health system rotations, one IPPE, and at least three APPEs, in the continental United States due to the unavailability of sites in certain geographic areas.
